Non refundable deposits for no shows
Since bookings are planned to allow the correct time for each treatment, it's important to be punctual. Please call ahead of time if you are running 10-15 minutes late. Beyond 20 mins your appointment will be canceled and must reschedule & will be charged an additional $20 rescheduling fee before re-booking.
